Emaar Properties and Dubai World Trade Centre have launched Terra Gardens, the latest phase of the Expo Living master-planned community in Expo City Dubai, building on the success of Terra Heights.
The new development marks a key step in creating a vibrant, contemporary urban destination that aligns with Dubai’s long-term 2040 Urban Plan.
Spanning 451,295 square metres, Expo Living combines residential, retail, hospitality and commercial elements with thoughtfully designed public spaces. Terra Gardens introduces 560 residential units within five planned communities, with additional launches expected in the future.
The development offers a wide range of lifestyle and leisure amenities, including a central park, jogging tracks, outdoor fitness stations, padel and volleyball courts, and children’s play areas. Residents will also enjoy easy access to Expo Mall, a retail, dining and leisure hub at the heart of the community.
