Dubai, UAE – Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) has awarded the main construction contract for its landmark AED3 billion Heights Tower project to Al Basti & Muktha LLC, marking a significant milestone in the development of one of the district’s most ambitious mixed-use projects.
Located on the final remaining plot within DIFC’s original land bank in the Gate District, the Heights Tower will feature 366 luxury residences, premium office space, and a selection of high-end retail and dining outlets. The project is scheduled for completion in 2029.
The contract award signals the start of the project’s main construction phase and reflects DIFC’s continued expansion as a leading global financial and lifestyle destination. The development also responds to growing demand for luxury urban living and world-class commercial space in the heart of Dubai.
DIFC confirmed that construction is progressing according to schedule, with the development expected to be delivered on time. The authority said the project underscores its commitment to executing high-quality developments that support Dubai’s long-term growth and competitiveness.
The contract signing was attended by DIFC Authority Chief Executive Officer Arif Amiri and Al Basti & Muktha LLC Chairman Tushar Pathak, together with senior officials from both organisations. The occasion concluded with a commemorative group photograph to mark the partnership.
Upon completion, Heights Tower is expected to further enhance DIFC’s skyline while reinforcing its position as one of the region’s premier destinations for business, luxury living, investment, and leisure.
