Dubai-based financial institution Exim Credit Bank (ECB) has launched a new product aimed at expanding its service offerings and enhancing customer access to credit facilities across the UAE banking sector.
The new product, named Direct Selling Agent (DSA), positions Exim Credit Bank as a proactive intermediary, enabling clients to access personal and credit loan products from a wide range of partner banks in Dubai.
Under the DSA model, Exim Credit Bank will act as a broker, guiding customers through the loan application process and helping them identify the most suitable financial products based on their needs and eligibility.
Announcing the launch, the Bank’s Manager said the initiative is designed to simplify access to credit while offering customers greater choice and flexibility.
“As Exim Credit Bank, we are taking a leading role in ensuring our clients have seamless access to personal and credit loan facilities from reputable banks. Through this product, we provide expert guidance and multiple options, allowing clients to make informed financial decisions,” he said.
The bank has partnered with several major financial institutions, including Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD), Deem Finance, Ajman Bank, First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), Emirates NBD (ENBD), Emirates Islamic Bank (EIB), and Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB).
The Manager added that the DSA product reflects Exim Credit Bank’s commitment to innovation and customer-centric solutions, noting that the bank will continue to introduce products that respond to the evolving financial needs of individuals and businesses in the UAE.
