DUBAI -Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism is stepping into the spotlight at Make it in the Emirates 2026, where it will highlight the emirate’s rapidly expanding manufacturing ecosystem at the Dubai Pavilion. The high-profile forum is taking place from 4–7 May at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi.
Held under the theme “Advanced Industry. Emerging Stronger,” the event brings together key stakeholders—including government bodies, major industrial players, and SMEs—to unlock investment opportunities, foster innovation, and strengthen partnerships across the UAE’s industrial landscape.
Dubai arrives at the forum from a position of strength, having recorded 6.4% GDP growth in Q4 2025, with total GDP reaching AED 937 billion for the year. This momentum aligns with the ambitions of Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which aims to more than double the emirate’s manufacturing output by 2033.
At the Dubai Pavilion, leading entities such as Dubai Industrial City, National Industries Park, Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority, Dubai Chambers, Dubai Future Foundation, and Food Tech Valley will showcase investment opportunities and Dubai’s industrial advantages.
Businesses operating in Dubai benefit from access to over 130 global export destinations, supported by trade agreements and efficient customs processes. DET will also highlight key initiatives such as the Export Assistance Programme, Elite Buyer Programme, and Industry 4.0 enablement schemes, all designed to accelerate industrial growth and reduce barriers for investors.
Several major partnerships—particularly in logistics and banking—are expected to be announced during the forum, reinforcing Dubai’s position as a global manufacturing and trade hub.
