The UAE’s real estate sector continued its impressive upward trajectory in March 2026, fueled by a surge in new project launches, steady construction progress, and record-breaking property transactions that reinforce the nation’s standing as a global investment hub.

Dubai remained at the forefront of activity, witnessing a wave of residential and commercial developments alongside landmark deals. Among them was a luxury apartment sale valued at AED422 million, placing it among the most expensive transactions ever recorded in the emirate. Developers expanded their portfolios with new launches across key areas such as Emaar South, Barsha Heights, Dubailand, and Warsan, reflecting strong and diverse market demand.

Ambitious large-scale developments also moved forward, including plans for a signature tower exceeding 600 metres in the Uptown district. Construction activity remained robust, with several projects progressing ahead of schedule and thousands of residential units approaching completion.

Across the market, leading developers reported consistent sales performance and steady project execution, with weekly transactions for some firms reaching approximately AED500 million. This sustained activity highlights strong investor confidence and liquidity within the sector.

In Abu Dhabi, the real estate market showed continued strength, supported by high-performing residential, retail, and mixed-use developments. New luxury projects in Saadiyat Island and Reem Island attracted significant investor interest, with one development generating nearly AED6 billion in sales within just 72 hours.

Meanwhile, Sharjah recorded notable growth, with property transactions totaling AED4.6 billion during Ramadan, marking a sharp increase in both value and volume.

Overall, the UAE’s real estate market continues to demonstrate resilience and dynamism, underpinned by stable regulations, sustained demand, and unwavering investor confidence.
