Dubai Finance (DOF) has partnered with Network International to advance the emirate’s drive toward becoming one of the world’s top five cashless cities by 2026.
The agreement, formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding, supports the Dubai Cashless Strategy launched by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The initiative aims to boost digital financial inclusion through innovation, strong governance, and community empowerment.
Signed by Ahmad Ali Meftah from DOF and Jamal Al Nassai from Network International, the deal will see both entities collaborate on deploying advanced fintech solutions across public and private sectors. This includes enhancing secure digital payment systems that make transactions more seamless for both individuals and businesses.
Network International, a major player in the region’s digital commerce space, brings its fintech expertise to the partnership. It will help develop user-centric financial services that promote accessibility and convenience across the board.
Officials say the collaboration reflects Dubai’s broader commitment to financial innovation, with a strong focus on inclusion, efficiency, and long-term digital resilience.
