DMCC and Signature Developers have officially broken ground on the W Residences Dubai – Jumeirah Lakes Towers, in partnership with Marriott International, marking a major step in the transformation of JLT into a premier luxury residential hub.
The 38-storey tower, set to include 185 exclusive branded units, will feature 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments along with 4-bedroom penthouses. Residents will enjoy sweeping views of Emirates Hills, Jumeirah Islands, and nearby golf courses, as well as a full suite of luxury amenities curated in line with the W Hotels brand.
Speaking at the groundbreaking, DMCC Executive Chairman and CEO Ahmed Bin Sulayem highlighted the project as the latest in a series of 19 developments launched in the past two years across JLT and Uptown Dubai.
“The introduction of this globally renowned brand to a prime location within the heart of JLT is a statement of intent as we continue to set the benchmark for luxury urban living,”
he said.
Designed to blend the comforts of home with hotel-inspired living, W Residences JLT will offer amenities such as a WET® deck, yoga and Pilates studios, co-working spaces, treatment rooms, a games room, and the brand’s signature Whatever/Whenever® service.
Sandeep Walia, COO at Marriott International, praised the collaboration and expressed confidence in the development’s success. Phases I and II of the project have already sold out, with strong demand expected for the upcoming Phase III.
The project builds on previous successes between DMCC and Signature Developers, reaffirming JLT’s growing appeal as a thriving, mixed-use community at the heart of Dubai’s real estate landscape.
