e& Carrier & Wholesale Services (C&WS) has officially launched e& Wholesale Americas, a new US-based entity headquartered in Coconut Grove, Miami, marking a strategic expansion into the Americas and reinforcing the company’s global connectivity ambitions.
The launch event, attended by representatives from the UAE Embassy in the US, underscores e&’s commitment to strengthening its international presence. With established hubs in London and Singapore, the new Miami office positions e& Wholesale Americas as a key player in delivering AI-driven voice, data, roaming, and mobility services to businesses across the US and Latin America.
“Miami’s vibrant tech hub is the perfect location for us to expand the future of digital infrastructure,” said Nabil Baccouche, Group Chief Carrier and Wholesale Officer at e&, highlighting the city’s strategic role in the company’s vision.
Leading the new entity is Pablo Mlikota, Senior Vice President International, known for his experience in launching international operations and managing diverse teams. He emphasized that the Miami hub is not only about expanding reach but also about driving digital innovation across the region.
The move comes as e& responds to growing demand from telecom operators, enterprises, hyperscalers, and AI firms. By combining global expertise with regional insight and automation technologies, e& aims to deliver next-generation connectivity solutions that accelerate digital transformation.
The Miami hub will also support e&’s operating companies with cost-effective access to new markets. An additional hub in Johannesburg is set to follow, as part of the company’s broader strategy to scale its footprint across 38 countries worldwide.
