Dubai Chambers has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with Keeta aimed at accelerating the growth and visibility of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Dubai.
The partnership is designed to strengthen Dubai’s position as a leading hub for entrepreneurship and the digital economy by giving SMEs enhanced access to technology-driven business support and wider market opportunities.
Under the agreement, Dubai Chambers member companies will benefit from tailored support on the Keeta platform, including preferential commercial incentives, streamlined onboarding processes, increased in-app visibility, and specialised training programmes. These programmes will focus on menu optimisation, pricing strategies, and improving delivery performance.
A dedicated “Dubai Chambers SME” badge will also be launched on the platform to help participating businesses improve brand recognition and connect customers with emerging local brands and homegrown concepts.
Dubai Chambers said the collaboration reflects its continued commitment to empowering SMEs, helping them strengthen competitiveness and achieve sustainable growth within Dubai’s rapidly evolving commercial landscape.
Khalid AlJarwan, Executive Vice President of Commercial and Corporate Services at Dubai Chambers, said the initiative is intended to provide entrepreneurs with practical tools and opportunities to expand their market presence and improve customer engagement.
Keeta also welcomed the partnership, saying it would help support local brands through greater exposure, operational support, and scalable growth opportunities.
Lucas Xie, General Manager of Keeta UAE, highlighted the important role SMEs play in Dubai’s economy, adding that technology remains essential in helping businesses adapt and thrive in a fast-changing marketplace.
The agreement aligns with Dubai’s broader vision of promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and a future-ready digital economy.
