The performance bonus, determined by the criteria set by the Dubai Government Human Resources Department, is aimed at encouraging civil employees to continue their exceptional performance.

The initiative reflects the government’s commitment to not only recognising outstanding work but also to ensuring a decent life for all national families and employees of the Dubai Government.

Furthermore, this move is part of a broader strategy to attract the best talents and minds, contributing to the ongoing development of the government’s work system in Dubai.

Through this reward system, the Government of Dubai seeks to foster a culture of excellence and innovation among its workforce, ensuring that the emirate continues to set benchmarks in effective governance and public service.
