SHARJAH, 2 June 2026 (WAM) — The Sharjah Judicial Department has approved the formation of a new Youth Council aimed at strengthening institutional development and creating a more dynamic and engaging work environment for young employees.
The initiative brings together a group of young professionals who will contribute ideas, support development programmes, and help shape future projects aligned with the department’s strategic goals. It is designed to harness youth energy and innovation while promoting a stronger culture of responsibility within the institution.
The Youth Council will also represent the department in both internal and external events and initiatives. Its responsibilities include promoting legal awareness, enhancing communication with partner entities, and fostering collaboration through the exchange of expertise.
In addition, the council will focus on building future-ready young leaders by providing a platform for creativity, innovation, and active participation in proposing initiatives and recommendations that support institutional growth.
The move reflects the commitment of the Sharjah Judicial Department to invest in national youth talent and integrate them as key partners in driving institutional development and future progress.
