The Dubai Press Club has launched a new regional dialogue series focused on examining the Middle East’s evolving political, security, and economic landscape. The initiative brings together influential voices from across the UAE and the wider Arab world to foster informed, evidence-based discussions.
The inaugural session, held at the Club’s headquarters, gathered political leaders, media professionals, academics, and content creators to explore how current developments are shaping Gulf growth and regional stability. The series is designed to provide structured dialogue that delivers clear insights during a period of significant regional change.
Her Excellency Mona Ghanem Al Marri, Vice Chairperson and Managing Director of the Dubai Media Council and President of the Dubai Press Club, said the initiative reflects the Club’s commitment to fostering meaningful conversations. She highlighted the UAE’s resilience and described its response to recent regional challenges as balanced and effective.
The sessions will feature leading experts, including Ali Rashid Al Nuaimi, Mohammed Hamad Al-Kuwaiti, and Sultan Mohammed Al Nuaimi, who are expected to address key issues influencing both regional and global stability.
The first discussion, titled “Reputation Management and the National Narrative,” featured political analyst Mohammed Al Hammadi. He emphasized the importance of building a strong, multilingual media narrative to counter misinformation and effectively communicate the UAE’s position on the global stage.
Maryam Al Mulla, Director of the Dubai Press Club, noted that the initiative leverages the Club’s extensive regional network to promote fact-based understanding and public awareness. She reaffirmed the critical role of responsible media in supporting development, enhancing stability, and reinforcing Dubai’s status as a global hub for dialogue and ideas.
