Dubai: Parts of Dubai are experiencing sunny to partly cloudy skies with dusty conditions this afternoon. Yesterday, the highest temperature recorded across the UAE soared to a scorching 47.3°C in Al Jazeera B.G., Al Dhafra region, at 4pm. In contrast, the lowest temperature dropped to a cool 24.1°C early this morning at Mount Mabrah in Ras Al Khaimah, recorded at 6:15am.
According to the latest update from the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), tomorrow’s weather forecast will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies across the UAE, with a chance of convective cloud formation, especially over eastern and southern areas, bringing potential rainfall by afternoon.
Winds are expected to remain light to moderate, blowing from the southeast to northeast at speeds of 10–25 km/h, occasionally reaching up to 40 km/h, stirring up dust and sand in exposed areas.
Sea conditions will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and slight in the Oman Sea, the NCM added.
The weather bureau has issued updated forecasts highlighting that fluctuating temperatures and shifting wind patterns will continue to affect visibility and air quality in several areas over the coming days.

Temperatures this week are expected to range between 33°C and 44°C across major cities in the UAE, reflecting the ongoing intensity of the summer heat.

Forecast for Wednesday and Thursday
On Wednesday and Thursday, parts of the UAE are likely to see convective clouds, accompanied by rainfall of varying intensity. with lightning and thunder at times.
“Winds will be southeasterly to northeasterly, moderate in speed, becoming fresh to strong at times with convective clouds, raising dust and sand and reducing horizontal visibility. Meanwhile, the sea will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and Sea of Oman,” the NCM said.
