Museum of the Future Unveils Smarter, AI-Enhanced Humanoid Robot ‘Ameca’
The Museum of the Future has unveiled a major upgrade to Ameca, its humanoid robot now equipped with advanced capabilities to enhance visitor interaction and support the museum’s mission of shaping the future through innovation and technology.
Visitors can now meet the newly enhanced Ameca on the “Tomorrow, Today” floor, where the AI-powered robot acts as an intelligent assistant. Featuring more realistic facial expressions, natural responses, and precise movements, Ameca offers a uniquely immersive experience that blends human-like interaction with cutting-edge artificial intelligence.
Fluent in over six languages—including Arabic, English, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, and Russian—Ameca serves as a multilingual guide for the museum’s diverse global audience. The robot is powered by the latest Tritium 3 system, enabling it to integrate seamlessly with advanced AI tools such as facial and voice recognition, instant translation, and emotion analysis.
The launch of Ameca’s upgraded version coincides with the Museum of the Future’s hosting of the AI Retreat, an exclusive, invitation-only event. The gathering brings together more than 100 global leaders, tech innovators, and government and private sector decision-makers to explore AI’s growing role in sectors such as the economy, data, infrastructure, and talent development.
As AI continues to evolve, the Museum of the Future remains a key platform for showcasing breakthroughs that redefine the boundaries between humans and machines.
