UAE: How to Access and Review Your Labour Contract Details Online
In the UAE, verifying that your labour contract aligns with your offer letter is crucial for safeguarding the benefits and entitlements promised during the hiring process. Your labour contract is a key document that outlines the terms and conditions of your employment, including job responsibilities, working hours, salary, benefits, and termination clauses.

To check your employment contract, you can access it online through the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) website or app. Here’s how:
MoHRE Website:
Visit the Mohre website at mohre.gov.ae.
Click on ‘Services’ at the top of the page.
Select ‘View Approved Contract’ from the menu.
Enter your Emirates ID or transaction number and request an OTP sent to your mobile.
Click ‘View My Contract’ to see your employment details.
MoHRE App:
Sign in using your UAE Pass.
Tap ‘Services’ and select ‘Employees.’
Choose ‘My Contract’ and enter your Passport number, nationality, and date of birth.
Tap ‘Submit’ to view your employment contract.
