Emirates and Air Peace Forge Strategic Partnership to Boost Connectivity to 13 Additional Cities in Nigeria
Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, has signed a significant interline agreement with Nigeria’s largest airline, Air Peace, enhancing travel connectivity between Dubai and key cities across Nigeria.
This new partnership expands Emirates’ reach to 13 additional Nigerian cities, offering passengers seamless travel options with single-ticket bookings and streamlined baggage handling.
Travellers flying from Dubai to Lagos will benefit from extended connections to cities such as Asaba, Akure, Benin City, Calabar, Enugu, Ilorin, Kaduna, and Owerri. The agreement also strengthens corporate travel options with routes to Abuja, Kano, Uyo, Port Harcourt, and Warri, reinforcing the growing economic ties between Nigeria and the UAE.
Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, emphasized the airline’s long-standing commitment to Nigeria’s tourism, trade, and aviation sectors. “This partnership with Air Peace enhances our connectivity, offering more travel choices for both leisure and business travellers,” he said.
Air Peace’s Chief Operating Officer, Oluwatoyin Olajide, expressed excitement about the collaboration, noting that it aligns with the airline’s mission to provide world-class travel experiences. The partnership also facilitates easier access to domestic Nigerian destinations for travellers arriving from Dubai.
Emirates operates its Dubai-Lagos route with a Boeing 777-300ER, providing top-tier services such as multi-course meals, premium beverages, and over 6,500 channels of entertainment. Air Peace offers both domestic and international connections with a modern fleet of aircraft, further boosting Nigeria’s aviation sector.
Customers can now book flights via Emirates’ official channels, including the Emirates app and preferred travel agencies.
