ABU DHABI, October 29, 2026 – UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and Vice President and Deputy Prime Minister, His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, have congratulated Luca Niculescu on his appointment as Prime Minister of Romania.
