DUBAI — Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy has signed two agreements with Nebius Academy and Lovable to accelerate the adoption of agentic artificial intelligence (AI) across the emirate’s private sector.
The memorandums of understanding (MoUs) aim to help businesses improve productivity, strengthen operational efficiency and develop AI-powered solutions.
The agreements were signed in the presence of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in support of a programme launched by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai.
Dubai Chambers is overseeing the initiative, which includes specialised training programmes designed to equip 14,000 member companies with the skills to integrate agentic AI into their administrative and operational processes.
Under the agreement with Nebius Academy, the education arm of AI cloud company Nebius, Dubai-based businesses will receive training in AI leadership and agentic AI through Dubai Chambers Academy.
The partnership will also provide training materials, certifications, technical workshops and expert-led sessions for executives, technical teams and employees of member companies.
The agreement with Lovable will focus on entrepreneurship and skills development, giving Dubai-based businesses and founders access to its platform, educational resources and joint training initiatives.
Lovable will also participate in events and workshops and provide platform credits, funded by Dubai Chambers, to participants in the Create AI Agents Championship.
Saeed Al Gergawi, Vice President of Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, said the partnerships were intended to create a more innovative and agile business community while helping startups develop agentic AI solutions and expand into new markets.
Nebius representative Raja Agrawal said businesses needed practical knowledge to progress from understanding agentic AI to applying the technology in their daily operations.
The initiative supports the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which seeks to strengthen the emirate’s global competitiveness and accelerate the growth of its digital economy.
