DUBAI-The United States has suspended its latest wave of military strikes against Iran, prompting Tehran to halt its retaliatory attacks across the region after nearly two weeks of escalating hostilities.
US President Donald Trump rejected reports suggesting the American military is facing ammunition shortages, insisting that US stockpiles remain more than sufficient for ongoing operations.
Despite previously accusing Washington of undermining diplomatic efforts, Iran says indirect communication between the two countries has resumed through intermediaries, raising cautious hopes for easing tensions.
Meanwhile, violence continues to intensify in the occupied West Bank, where Israeli forces and settlers have expanded raids, arrests, and home demolitions in areas including Nablus, Ramallah, Hebron, and Jerusalem.
