Dubai Land Department (DLD) has been awarded the Gold Category at the prestigious Global Artificial Intelligence Award 2025, recognising its outstanding use of artificial intelligence to revolutionise real estate services and drive digital transformation across the sector.
Presented by the Dubai Quality Group, the award celebrates organisations that demonstrate excellence in applying AI technologies to improve efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth. The recognition highlights DLD’s commitment to enhancing customer experiences, streamlining operations, and strengthening Dubai’s position as a global leader in smart real estate solutions.
The award was received by His Excellency Omar Hamad BuShehab, Director General of Dubai Land Department, during an official ceremony held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports, and Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group.
