Sharjah Police Holds Second Supreme Command Council Meeting of 2026

SHARJAH,  Sharjah Police convened its second Supreme Command Council meeting of 2026 on Monday, chaired by Major General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police.

The meeting was attended by council members, department directors and specialised officers, and focused on enhancing security frameworks and institutional performance across the emirate.

Among the key agenda items was a review of the Security Quality of Life Report for the past year, as well as discussions on various security and traffic-related matters aimed at improving service delivery.

The council emphasised strengthening operational efficiency in line with international best practices in policing and public safety.

Major General bin Amer commended organisational and field teams for their continued efforts, underscoring the importance of maintaining an integrated approach to leadership in security services. He stressed the need to uphold the highest standards of quality and institutional excellence in all aspects of police operations.
