ABU DHABI: UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, at Qasr Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday.
The meeting was held in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court.
During the discussions, the leaders addressed a range of national issues aligned with the UAE’s strategic priorities. Talks focused on advancing development efforts with people at the centre, reinforcing sustainability initiatives, and strengthening the nation’s long-term growth foundations.
They also reviewed efforts aimed at enhancing the UAE’s global competitiveness across key sectors, in line with the country’s vision to build a more prosperous, advanced and sustainable future.
The meeting was attended by several senior members of the UAE leadership, including H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance; H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region; H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior; H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs; and a number of other ministers, senior officials and guests.
