Dubai Media Incorporated and Kuwait’s Ministry of Information have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to enhance media collaboration, exchange expertise, and develop joint content for Gulf and Arab audiences.

The agreement was signed during the UAE media delegation’s visit to Kuwait, organised by the Dubai Press Club. Mohamed AlMulla, CEO of Dubai Media Incorporated, and Dr. Nasser Muhaisen, Under-Secretary of Kuwait’s Ministry of Information, signed the MoU. The ceremony was attended by Dr. Ahmed Abdulwahab Al Awadhi, Kuwait’s Minister of Health and Acting Minister of Information and Culture, and Mona Ghanem Al Marri, Vice Chairperson of the Dubai Media Council.

Dr. Al Awadhi said the partnership reflects shared vision and commitment between Kuwait and the UAE. He highlighted that the MoU will expand joint content development, strengthen professional capabilities, and support programming that reflects the cultural identity and values of both nations.

The agreement covers television and content production across sports, heritage, cultural, and social programming, exchange of news and event coverage, coordination of digital platforms, marketing and advertising initiatives, acquisition of media rights, and the exchange of technical expertise and training.

Mona Ghanem Al Marri described the MoU as a reflection of historic ties and a shared commitment to producing high-quality content that preserves Gulf cultural heritage. She noted that collaboration in program production, sports, heritage, and news exchanges will create impactful content that resonates with regional audiences.

Mohamed AlMulla emphasized that the MoU marks a strategic step toward broadening media cooperation, supporting joint productions, and enhancing the regional and international presence of Gulf media through institutional collaboration and digital transformation.

The partnership signals a renewed focus on integrating media expertise and resources, strengthening Gulf media identity, and delivering content that meets audience expectations across the region.
