Dubai: Kanye “Ye” West is facing a fresh wave of disturbing allegations from his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta, who has filed a second amended complaint in her ongoing lawsuit against the rapper.

The filing, submitted on July 8, accuses West of creating a hostile work environment and includes claims of sexual harassment, assault, battery, stalking, false imprisonment, and sex trafficking.

According to documents obtained by E! News, Pisciotta—who worked for West for a year and a half beginning in July 2021—alleges she was routinely groped, pressured to wear revealing clothing, and forced to witness West engage in sexual acts with other women. One harrowing incident described in the complaint accuses West of locking her in a bedroom on a private plane, where he allegedly masturbated in her presence until he fell asleep.

The complaint portrays West as a “sexual abuser, sexual harasser, online bully, anti-Semite, bigot, and misogynist,” and claims he used the guise of career advancement in the music and fashion industry to manipulate and dominate her. Pisciotta also alleges that after she was abruptly fired in late 2023, West continued to stalk and intimidate her, prompting her to relocate after he moved into her apartment complex.

Pisciotta is seeking general and punitive damages, compensation for lost earnings, attorneys’ fees, and any other relief the court deems appropriate.

This is not the first time West has faced such accusations.

In recent years, former employees and collaborators—particularly during his Yeezy-Adidas partnership—have accused him of inappropriate workplace behavior, including showing explicit content to staff, making sexualised comments, and fostering a toxic, controlling work culture. While these claims were widely reported, Pisciotta’s case marks the first time sexual misconduct allegations have formally entered the legal system.

At the time of publishing, representatives for West and Pisciotta had not responded to E! News’ requests for comment.
