Barcelona led 4-0 on aggregate following the first encounter in Spain.
The Catalan club are four points clear at the top of the Spanish league, LaLiga, and finished second in the league phase of the Champions League.
Dortmund are eighth in the German league – six points shy of the qualification spots for next season’s Champions League.
Defending Champions Real Madrid face Arsenal on Wednesday, while Inter Milan take on Bayern Munich.
