Talabat Acquires 100% of InstaShop for $32 Million, Strengthening Its Grocery Delivery Leadership
Talabat Holding has completed the acquisition of 100% of InstaShop’s share capital from Delivery Hero SE in a $32 million deal.
The transaction, initially announced in September 2024, was fully funded through Talabat’s internal cash reserves and was officially consolidated into its financial accounts on February 25, 2025.
Despite the acquisition, InstaShop will continue to operate as an independent brand within Talabat’s grocery and retail vertical, ensuring its platform and services remain unchanged.
