Here are the main incidents of day 334 of Israel war with Gaza in the last 24 hours:
Israeli attack kills eight people queueing at a bread seller’s stand in front of an UNRWA school shelter in Gaza’s Jabalia refugee camp.
Israel’s PM Netanyahu says he “will not give in to pressure” as tens of thousands of Israelis demonstrate against his government demanding a ceasefire deal and the release of captives held in Gaza.
Hamas’s armed wing says Netanyahu’s reliance on Israeli military raids in Gaza – instead of a deal – means more captives will “be returned to their families in coffins”.
At least 40,786 people have been killed and 94,224 wounded in Israel’s war on Gaza. An estimated 1,139 people were killed in Israel during the Hamas-led attacks on October 7.
