With so many streaming services, blockbuster movie releases and new shows that we’re told we must watch, it can feel overwhelming trying to keep up. Sure, we keep our eyes on lists like Netflix’s most-viewed titles, but the big hits aren’t necessarily always worth watching. So, how do you parse through it all? Well, we’ve made your job a little easier by finding all the shows and movies that are worth your time each week. Say goodbye to the scroll fatigue of the past with these selections from Netflix (Leave the World Behind), Prime Video (A Good Person) and more.

From Mr. Monk’s Last Case to Killers of the Flower Moon, here’s what to watch this weekend.

1. Bad Surgeon: Love Under the Knife

The three-part documentary tells the true story of Dr. Paolo Macchiarini, a world famous surgeon who created a revolutionary stem cell procedure. Although he’s praised for his groundbreaking achievements, there’s one caveat: His patients keep dying.

2. Killers of the Flower Moon

  • Rating: R
  • Runtime: 207 minutes

This brand-new movie has everything: romance, betrayal and murders. The story follows a member of the Osage Nation who’s determined to save her community from a murderous rampage. It features an all-star cast, including Lily Gladstone, Leonardo DiCaprio, Martin Scorsese, Robert De Niro, Jesse Plemons and Brendan Fraser.

3. Obliterated

  • Number of seasons: 1

The raunchy comedy follows a group of armed forces members who assemble to disengage a bomb that is set to destroy Las Vegas. When they’re successful, they celebrate by getting completely obliterated. However, they soon learn that it was the wrong bomb. And now, they must work together to find the real threat.

4. Kevin Hart & Chris Rock: Headliners Only

  • Rating: TV-MA
  • Runtime: 82 minutes

Ever wondered what life is really like for stand-up comedians Kevin Hart and Chris Rock? Luckily, this documentary offers an intimate look at their journeys behind the scenes and explores their decades-long friendship. Tiffany Haddish, Wanda Sykes and Dave Chappelle are just a few famous appearances.

5. Mr. Monk’s Last Case: A Monk Movie

It’s still a jungle out there for Adrienne Monk, a whip-smart detective who steps out of retirement to solve one final case. This time, however, it involves the tragic death of his stepdaughter Molly’s fiancé.

6. The Super Mario Bros. Movie

  • Runtime: 92 minutes

If you didn’t catch the animated film in theaters, now’s your chance to stream it on Netflix. The story follows two plumber brothers, Mario and Luigi, who are working on a water main in Brooklyn. When the pipe leads to a mysterious new world, they embark on an epic adventure to find their way back. (FYI, it’s the number two movie on Netflix.)

7. Leave the World Behind

  • Runtime: 141 minutes

A couple books an Airbnb to take their kids on a weekend getaway and escape the hustle of the Big Apple. However, their plans go awry when the owners of the home arrive and claim they need to wait out a city-wide blackout there. They soon realize that the world as they know it might be coming to an end.

8. My Life with the Walter Boys

  • Rating: TV-14
  • Number of Seasons: 1

Based on Ali Novak’s 2014 novel, this coming-of-age series follows Nikki, a 15-year-old girl who relocates to Silver Falls, Colorado, after losing her entire family to a tragic car accident. Nikki gets taken in by the Walters, who share seven sons, and starts a new school, but she struggles to adjust to her new life.

9. Faraway Downs

  • Rating: TV-MA
  • Number of seasons: 1

15 years after the release of Australia (2008), Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman star in this six-part Hulu series, which tells an extended version of the 1930s-era story.

10. Archie

  • Rating: NR
  • Number of seasons: 1

The British biographical drama depicts the fascinating life of Archibald Leach, later known as Cary Grant. It details how the actor grew to become one of Hollywood’s most famous stars after being born into poverty in 18th-century Bristol.

11. A Good Person

  • Rating: R
  • Runtime: 128 minutes

This poignant film revolves around Allison, a young woman who’s world collapses after she survives a traumatic incident. Following her recovery, she develops a drug addiction and struggles to cope with a heartbreaking loss, but she finds hope when she forms an unlikely friendship.
