DUBAI: The Zimbabwean Business Council UAE (ZIBCO) will host its 2026 Annual General Meeting on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at Radisson Hotel Dubai Damac Hills, Dubai.
The annual event brings together professionals, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders committed to strengthening economic ties between Zimbabwe and the United Arab Emirates.
ZIBCO chairman Mr Simba Makahamadze said this year’s AGM aims to create a space where ideas can flow freely, partnerships can be strengthened, and new opportunities can emerge within the growing Zimbabwe–UAE business corridor.
Over the past year, ZIBCO has continued to play a vital role in connecting Zimbabwean businesses with opportunities in the UAE, fostering collaboration, and supporting its members across various sectors and the AGM will provide an opportunity to reflect on these achievements while recognizing the collective effort behind them.
Equally important is the focus on participation and dialogue. Attendees will be encouraged to contribute their perspectives during interactive idea exchange sessions, ensuring that the council remains responsive to the needs and aspirations of its diverse community.
Networking will also be a central feature of the evening. With a mix of established members, partners, and new participants, the event offers a valuable platform for forging meaningful connections, exploring collaborations, and expanding professional networks within the Zimbabwean and broader international business landscape in Dubai.
Running from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (GMT+4), the event is expected to draw strong interest, with limited space available. Prospective attendees are encouraged to confirm their participation early by submitting their RSVP through the official ZIBCO website.
