UAE Introduces Visa-on-Arrival for Indian Nationals with US, UK, and EU Residency
The Indian Embassy in the UAE announced a new visa-on-arrival policy implemented by the UAE. This policy facilitates easier entry for individuals holding valid permanent resident cards or visas from the United States, United Kingdom, or European Union countries.
Eligible Indian nationals can now receive a 14-day visa-on-arrival when entering the UAE. This move reflects the growing partnership between India and the UAE, home to over 3.5 million Indians.
The eligibility requirements include holding a valid U.S. visa, green card, or a visa/residence permit from the UK or any EU country. Indian travelers meeting these criteria are granted a 14-day visa on arrival, with the option to extend it for an additional 60 days by paying the required fees.
