UAE Firms Save Over $100,000 a Month as AI Replaces Work of 100 Employees
A UAE-based artificial intelligence startup, CozmoX, is rapidly transforming how companies approach productivity.
Just five months since its launch, the company has already onboarded over 50 firms across the Emirates — with its AI employees now active in sectors ranging from healthcare and logistics to finance and public services.
According to co-founder Nuha Hashem, each AI agent developed by CozmoX can perform the work of 100 employees, handling tasks like sales, customer service, debt collection, invoice filing, and audits.
“In less than a day, we can train an AI employee on 10 years of company data to make 10,000 calls a day — something that typically requires dozens of staff,”
she said.
The startup, which currently operates offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, San Francisco, and Pune, is preparing to expand to London. Co-founder Alok Kumar emphasized that their AI platforms empower both tech and non-tech companies to build their own AI agents, dramatically reducing operational costs and time.
“These agents can speak 80 languages, interact naturally with customers, fetch data, and complete transactions,”
Kumar said. He noted that some clients save over $100,000 a month using AI solutions.
Despite the scale of automation, both co-founders insist AI isn’t replacing jobs.
“Nobody lost their job,”
Kumar said.
“People are just doing more meaningful work now.”
Hashem added that AI should be seen as a tool to boost human productivity, not replace it.
As the debate over AI and employment continues, CozmoX offers a model where technology enhances rather than threatens the human workforce.
