Public urged to reflect on Dubai’s momentous journey
Dubai: Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, today launched “Erth Dubai”, a new project aimed at documenting the emirate’s rich history.
Announcing the initiative on his Instagram account, Sheikh Hamdan shared a video showing historic photos of Dubai, including images of the late Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum.
The video features a message, inviting followers to reflect on Dubai’s journey: “Since Dubai embarked on its journey, how many stories and moments have we not heard of? Can we revive them? Join us in documenting Dubai’s legacy.”
