Sharjah Ruler Congratulates Egypt on Khaled El-Anany’s Election as UNESCO Director-General

SHARJAH: H.H. Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has sent a congratulatory cable to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi of Egypt on the election of Dr. Khaled El-Anany as Director-General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO).

Sheikh Dr. Sultan extended his best wishes to Dr. El-Anany for success in his new role, praising Egypt’s contribution to global cultural and educational development.
