Sharjah24: As part of its commitment to fostering a positive work environment, Sharjah Police launched the ‘Thank You for Your Dedication’ initiative, honouring field employees for their continuous efforts during Ramadan. Organised by the Central Region Police Department’s Initiatives and Employee Happiness Branch, the initiative aimed to recognise staff for their role in maintaining security and serving the community.
On-site recognition and gratitude
A dedicated team conducted field visits to employees at their work locations, presenting them with Ramadan iftar meals, hospitality gifts, and messages of appreciation. This gesture sought to boost morale and encourage teamwork.

Colonel Hamid Al Jallaf, Director of the Central Region Police Department, emphasised that Sharjah Police prioritises employee engagement and motivation. Recognising field officers during Ramadan highlights the values of appreciation and support, reinforcing a productive and positive work environment.
