RTA Launches Academic Scholarship Programme to Nurture UAE Talent
Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority has launched its Academic Scholarship Programme for the 2025–2026 academic year, selecting 20 Emirati students to study at leading universities in the UAE.
The initiative aims to develop skilled national talent to meet the RTA’s future needs and support its Emiratisation goals.
Students will pursue degrees in fields such as engineering, artificial intelligence, robotics, and business analytics at institutions including the American University of Sharjah, Zayed University, and the Higher Colleges of Technology. The programme also offers career guidance, helping scholars explore future roles within the RTA.
By sponsoring between 10 and 20 students annually, the RTA seeks to equip the next generation with advanced skills and knowledge aligned with global standards, ensuring Dubai’s transport and infrastructure projects continue to thrive.
