RTA Extends Hours at Umm Ramool Customer Happiness Centre to 24/7
Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the extension of operating hours at the Umm Ramool Customer Happiness Centre, now open 24/7, including official holidays.
This move aims to enhance the customer experience, providing greater accessibility and convenience for residents and visitors.
The decision aligns with RTA’s Strategic Plan 2024–2030 and supports Dubai’s Vision 2030, focusing on delivering world-class services. The extended hours are part of RTA’s ongoing commitment to prioritizing customer satisfaction by integrating feedback and suggestions into service improvements.
RTA is also working on transforming Customer Happiness Centres into smart, hybrid facilities, incorporating global best practices and international service standards. This transformation will ensure that services remain efficient, automated, and accessible through digital channels at all hours, offering customers a seamless, time-saving experience.
The Umm Ramool Centre provides a wide array of services, including driver and vehicle licensing, public transport services, nol card transactions, investment services, traffic-related matters, and right-of-way services. By expanding access to these services round the clock, the RTA aims to make it easier for people to manage their transport-related needs at their convenience.
This initiative reflects RTA’s dedication to offering an excellent and proactive customer experience while reinforcing Dubai’s position as a global hub for innovation and smart city services.
