A new premium one-stop shop for government services officially opened today at the Art of Living Mall in Al Barsha 2, designed to provide a seamless experience for VIP customers.
The centre, featuring a comprehensive range of services from the Department of Economy and Tourism to the Dubai Land Department, aims to streamline government-related processes in a quiet and efficient setting.
Open Monday to Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM and 5 PM to 9 PM, the centre targets completion of transactions within 15-30 minutes, barring any specific agreements requiring additional time.
“We have a target. From receiving the transaction to the end, it should take no more than half an hour,”
stated Badr Al Blooshi, the centre’s Director Manager.
With 14 dedicated service counters, clients can expect a comfortable waiting area and an overall elevated experience compared to traditional government centres. The facility is set to expand its services to include medical examinations, car and gas inspections, and even airport-related services in the future.
Al Blooshi emphasized the centre’s focus on efficiency, stating,
“All small and big things related to the government will be present here,”
ensuring that clients can complete all necessary paperwork and approvals in one visit. This new initiative marks a significant step towards enhancing the delivery of government services in Dubai.
