National Day Camel Marathon Kicks Off with Preliminary Races at Al Marmoom Race Track
The first preliminary race for the National Day Camel Marathon, organised by the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Heritage Center (HHC), witnessed Saturday the holding of competitions for three different age groups at Dubai Camel Racing Club’s Al Marmoom Race Track.
The main card of the Marathon will be held on 17th January 2025.
Abdullah Hamdan bin Dalmook, CEO of HHC, crowned the winners in the presence of representatives of the Dubai Camel Racing Club.
He added preliminary races are held to allow participants to get more training opportunities and be more familiar with the racetrack before the main event next year.
