Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has become the first housing institution in the world to receive the “Great Place to Work” certification, marking a significant global milestone in workplace culture.
The Establishment earned a 99% score in the certification survey for the second consecutive year, reflecting the high level of employee trust and satisfaction. It also ranked first in the Middle East within the medium category, outperforming leading public and private organizations across the region.
Acting CEO Mohammed Al Shehhi said the achievement reflects the leadership’s commitment to building a people-focused workplace that fosters innovation, creativity, and teamwork. He added that securing first place regionally for two years in a row strengthens MBRHE’s role as a government entity that prioritizes a healthy, flexible, and sustainable environment.
The certification, awarded by US-based Great Place to Work, is considered one of the world’s most respected benchmarks for workplace excellence. It is based on comprehensive evaluations covering credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie, alongside factors such as leadership, innovation, and adaptability.
MBRHE’s recognition highlights Dubai’s growing reputation as a global hub for government excellence, reinforcing the UAE’s position as a leader in progressive workplace practices.
