The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has adopted Oracle Database@Azure to accelerate its digital transformation and strengthen its technology infrastructure, marking a major step toward smarter, more sustainable housing services in Dubai.
The move will enhance MBRHE’s operational efficiency across key functions such as planning, project and asset management, and customer services. By leveraging the combined capabilities of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Microsoft Azure, the establishment will operate on a unified cloud platform that supports automation, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics.
This integration will improve the speed and accuracy of housing-related services, including grants, loans, exemptions, and exchanges. It also aligns with Dubai’s Urban Plan 2040, which focuses on building sustainable cities and improving residents’ quality of life.
Talal Mohammed Al Ali, Director of the Digital Transformation Department at MBRHE, said the adoption reflects the organisation’s commitment to innovation and operational excellence.
“We are not merely adopting a new technology but setting a progressive model for housing governance that enhances value for customers and supports Dubai’s vision for the future,”
he said.
Oracle Database@Azure combines the performance of Oracle’s Exadata platform with the scalability of Microsoft Azure, offering low latency, high availability, and flexibility for future growth. The initiative positions MBRHE to better manage Dubai’s expanding urban development needs and reinforces its role as a key driver of innovation and sustainability in the housing sector.
