The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (GDRFA-Dubai) and Dubai Courts have signed a digital cooperation agreement to establish an electronic linkage that streamlines judicial inquiries and enables secure data exchange between the two entities.
The partnership, announced during GITEX GLOBAL 2025 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, aims to reinforce Dubai’s integrated government framework by enhancing efficiency, connectivity, and service quality across departments. The agreement was signed by H.E. Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of GDRFA-Dubai, and H.E. Dr. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Director General of Dubai Courts, in the presence of senior officials.
H.E. Al Marri said the collaboration marks an important step toward a unified digital government in line with Dubai’s leadership vision, adding that it will simplify customer journeys and improve service delivery through secure, interconnected systems.
H.E. Dr. Al Suwaidi emphasized that the initiative strengthens institutional partnerships and leverages digital solutions to streamline judicial procedures, promoting swift and transparent justice accessible to all.
The electronic linkage will operate through the Government Service Bus (GSB) platform managed by Digital Dubai Authority, enabling data sharing for judicial inquiries and facilitating electronic payment of related fees via Al Adheed centers. Both entities will also provide joint technical and operational support to maintain the highest levels of service reliability and security.
This agreement underscores GDRFA-Dubai’s commitment to advancing digital transformation and fostering collaboration across government entities, positioning Dubai as a global model for innovation-driven governance.
