Dubai’s largest public parking operator, Parkin PJSC, has introduced revised parking tariffs for several areas across the city, effective immediately. The announcement was made on Tuesday via the company’s official X (formerly Twitter) account.
The changes apply specifically to Zones W and WP, covering busy neighborhoods such as Karama, Al Qusais, Madinat Dubai, Al Melaheya, and Al Kifaf.
Zone WP (Al Kifaf):
Peak hours (8am–10am and 4pm–8pm): Dh6 per hour
Off-peak hours: Dh4 per hour
Zone W (Karama, Al Qusais, Madinat Dubai, Al Melaheya):
A flat rate of Dh4 per hour, applicable throughout the day
Parkin clarified that Sundays and public holidays remain free of charge in all zones, in line with the existing parking policy.
These updated rates aim to improve parking availability and traffic flow in high-demand areas, while also encouraging better use of public transport and alternative mobility options.
Motorists are advised to check signage in the affected zones and adjust their plans accordingly.
