Dubai has officially launched this year’s National Month campaign, a citywide initiative designed to celebrate the UAE’s national occasions and foster pride in the country’s unity and achievements.

The campaign, inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council, will run from Flag Day on 3 November to Eid Al Etihad on 2 December 2025.

Sheikh Ahmed said the campaign seeks to create a unified platform for residents and organisations to commemorate the UAE’s journey and express their loyalty to the leadership. “National Month is a collective effort to commemorate our national occasions in a harmonised way,” he noted.

For the second consecutive year, the initiative is being led by Brand Dubai, the creative arm of the Government of Dubai Media Office, in collaboration with government, semi-government, and private sector partners. The campaign will also continue the popular #ZayedAndRashid campaign, which honours the vision and generosity of the UAE’s founding leaders.

The month-long programme will feature cultural, national, and community events across the city. Last year’s campaign saw participation from more than 200 organisations and generated over two billion social media interactions, and organisers expect even greater involvement this year.

Her Excellency Mona Ghanem Al Marri, Vice Chairperson and Managing Director of the Dubai Media Council, emphasised the importance of coordination and inclusivity, saying the campaign demonstrates Dubai’s commitment to community engagement.

Shaima Al Suwaidi, Director of Brand Dubai, added that creative programming would reflect Dubai’s innovative spirit, with entrepreneurs and SMEs from the Proudly from Dubai network showcasing their projects to the wider public.

The campaign reaffirms Dubai’s dedication to national solidarity, cultural pride, and community participation, highlighting the city’s role as a hub of unity and creativity during one of the UAE’s most important annual celebrations.
