Dubai Launches Dock and Dine to Boost Yachting and Waterfront Dining
Dubai has unveiled the Dock and Dine initiative, a first-of-its-kind programme connecting 20 of the city’s top marinas with premium dining experiences.
The project, launched by the Dubai Maritime Authority and the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, aims to strengthen Dubai’s position as a leading global yachting destination while enhancing its reputation for world-class gastronomy.
Designed for short-stay yachting visits, Dock and Dine allows yacht owners, crews and guests to access curated restaurants, luxury hotels and entertainment directly from marinas. Visitors benefit from free moorage, streamlined booking, dedicated dock tenders and simplified regulations to ensure a smooth and consistent experience across the city.
Officials highlighted the initiative’s alignment with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, reinforcing the city’s status as a hub for business and leisure. With more than 4,000 berths, advanced marina facilities and Dubai’s appeal during the peak winter season, Dock and Dine is expected to attract international yachting enthusiasts seeking culinary and maritime adventures.
By linking yachting with dining, Dubai continues to invest in its nautical ecosystem, supporting tourism growth and showcasing the city’s dynamic economy.
