Dubai Land Department Launches Three Key Real Estate Services on Dubai Now Platform
In line with Dubai Government’s Services 360 policy, the Dubai Land Department (DLD) has announced the integration of three essential real estate services on the Dubai Now platform.
This move aims to deliver seamless, proactive, and integrated services, meeting and exceeding customer expectations through enhanced digital accessibility.
The new services available on Dubai Now include the Property Status Inquiry, allowing users to instantly access property details by entering an area and plot number; Ownership Certificate Request, enabling customers to obtain certification of their property holdings; and Property Valuation Request, which offers a streamlined process for property appraisals.
Duaa Issam Dablan, Director of the Service Excellence Department at DLD, emphasized the department’s commitment to flexibility and efficiency, stating,
“We strive to enhance user experience by ensuring our services are accessible, available around the clock, and aligned with customer expectations.”
She added that these efforts reflect the Services 360 policy’s focus on proactive government service leadership.
Hend Alnuaimi, Digital Products Director at Digital Dubai, highlighted the collaboration’s role in strengthening Dubai’s digital infrastructure, saying,
“This partnership supports Dubai’s real estate sector by providing a reliable and secure digital experience. Dubai Now allows government transactions to be conducted smoothly, solidifying its position as a trusted platform.”
As Dubai’s real estate sector continues to expand, the DLD reaffirms its commitment to adapting services to meet evolving customer needs through continuous innovation and technology-driven improvements, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
