A 17-YEAR-old student had penned a book about his journey of fighting obesity and various health issues. Vatsal Shah from India, a grade 12 student of Raffles World Academy in Dubai, struggled with obesity and managed to contain it by losing over 70 kgs in just 18 months. Apart from obesity, the teenager faced various health issues including hypertension and type 2 diabetes while growing.
