Following the hike of the Nol cards by the Dubai Road and Transport Authority (RTA) last week, new minimum top-up amount for Nol cards will take effect on January 15.
The minimum top-up amount was raised to 20Dhs from 5Dhs with effect from January 15 2024. Dubai commuters are expected to have a minimum of Dhs15 as compared to Dhs 7.50 when using the metro to cover round trip while a one-way trip will range from Dhs to 15Dhs depending on area zone and class.
Meanwhile, Dubai Municipality also announced that Nol parks will no longer be used as a form of payment in their parks with Park lovers buying tickets by cash or credit cards.
