Private companies urged to remote working today
MOHRE asks employers to ensure the health and safety of their workforce
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has called upon private sector companies across the UAE to apply flexible working patterns today, Monday, February 12, given the unpredictable weather conditions.

“Necessary measures need to be taken by companies to ensure outdoor work, if necessary, and comply with occupational health and safety requirements,” the ministry said in a statement on X.
“Companies also need to ensure the health and safety of workers commuting to and from outdoor work locations.”
