Following the death of more than 100 people and injury of dozens in a suspected terrorist attack in the city of Kerman yesterday, UAE has strongly has sent a message of solidarity condemning the act saying all forms of violence and terrorism must be rejected.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) affirmed the country’s strong condemnation of these criminal acts, and its permanent rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism aimed at undermining security and stability in contravention of human values and principles.
The ministry further expressed its sincere condolences and sympathy to the government and people of Iran, and to the families of the victims of this heinous crime, as well as its wishes for a speedy recovery for all the injured.
The terrorist attack took place near the tomb of Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) General Qassem Soleimani who was assassinated by the US on 03 January 2020.
